Group Workshops

Aimee has been a workshop leader for 20 years. She has a passion for supporting participants in being fully empowered in their lives and employs the tools of boundary awareness and repatterning and ecopsychology philosophy to support program participants.

These in-person, experiential group workshops are available to your group by arrangement. Contact Aimee if you would like to learn more.

Personal boundaries are a vital part of relationships. Yet many of us never received modeling around how to stay connected to ourselves and others in relationship, or what we call healthy boundaries.

In her day-long Boundary Workshops, Aimee brings a visceral and experiential awareness of boundary patterns. Participants learn skills and resources to re-pattern the habitual boundaries, allowing you to experience more in your relationships to both self and others.

  • When we have vague boundaries, we may not feel connected to ourselves by not speaking our truth, by care-taking others, or by taking on other peoples energy.

  • With rigid boundaries we may need to control life and feel disconnected from others in order to feel safe.

  • When we are aware and connected to a healthy sense of boundaries, we can deepen our connections to others and feel a sense of wholeness and fluidity in our own selves.

If you have a group (6-8 people) that is interested in this workshop, please contact Aimee to arrange a date.

Aimee has led ongoing Earth Centered Women’s Groups in beautiful Sonoma County, supporting women who need some tending for themselves and want to strengthen their connection to the Earth. These experiences allow them to unplug from their busy lives to tend to their inner world and to be in connection with other women. Aimee facilitates these gatherings in council circle to explore reconnection to nature's rhythms, and the earth.

Monthly meetings have been held in nature as weather permits, and have included:

  • exploring what it feels like to be a woman of the earth

  • delving into relationship to the land and plants we live near

  • listening to each other in council

  • participating in a purification lodge and women’s ceremonies

This program is ideal for 8-12 participants committing to meeting a minimum of six monthly meetings. If your group is interested in this experience, please contact Aimee.
